Wedding invitations were so overwhelming. There’s so many options out there, and if I’m completely honest the prices are ridiculous. And then I stumbled across Teigan at some markets and just like that the invitations became easy! Teigan did an amazing job and the invitations were exactly what we wanted and were so affordable. She also helped me with Ben’s present, so let me know if you want to see that. Click the link to check out Teigan’s store, Hanging Willow.

As most of you know, I decided to do my own makeup for the wedding. I’m such a control freak and know what I like so I wanted to do my makeup myself. No offence to makeup artists, but whenever I’ve had my makeup done I feel its too heavy and I don’t look like myself. On my wedding day, the key was to look like myself. So get a cup of tea, coffee or wine, its gonna be a long post!
Cover FX Blurring Primer*
Kat Von D Lock It Foundation* and Nude by Nature Flawless Foundation*
Unexpected combo but I really liked it. Both are medium to full coverage and last really well when used together. I mixed about a pump of each which was more than enough.
Thin Lizzy Crème Concealer- Pacific Sun*
Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Contour Kit- Light*
Of course I wanted some extra chisel, so I used the dark shades to contour under my cheek bones and lightly on my forehead and jaw line.

Greetings to my lovely followers,
Thank you again for all your support. I get blown away by how many of you read these posts and check out my #bridediaries. The end of September and October has been a last minute scramble to tie up loose ends for the wedding. But its all coming together. By the time this posts goes live, we’ll be only a couple of weeks away from the big day, eek!
Selecting the readings for our wedding has become surprisingly overwhelming. The priest gave us plenty of notice and said make sure you select your readings well and truly in advance. Well some how we’ve kinda left it to the last minute. We’ve finally selected our readings (one featured below) but I’m still trying to figure out the printing. Any tips on how to print it in a A5 booklet? I don’t want to pay for it as no one ever keeps them.
