You would have seen Olpalex popping up left right and centre. Personally, I’ve never tried it as my hair dresser recommended that it’s better to use at a salon rather than at home. He said if it’s not used properly it can damage your hair, so that’s why I haven’t tried it yet.

I’m sure you would have seen the beautiful R+ Co hair range popping up on Instagram, their packaging is gorgeous! Yes I’m superficial, it was the packaging that made me want to try the range. Lucky for me I was able to try the R + Co Moisturizing Shampoo* and Conditioner*, but was the product any good?
What R + Co say about the Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner range, “a variety of factors can dry out hair: the sun, coloring and blow-drying, just to name a few. If your hair needs moisture, use ATLANTIS to bring its life back. Good for: Thick, coarse or moisture-deprived hair.”

When in New York I picked up a sample of the Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. I’m about to get TMI, so while in New York my scalp became a bit dry aka flaky from not using my regular shampoo. Solution, use the Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil range as its obviously going to add hydration! And you know what, it worked.
I decided to only buy the shampoo and I’m not a big fan of conditioner in general. When I use this shampoo I use the Organix Macadamia Oil Conditioner which I think is a similar concept. The Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil Shampoo is marketed as, “A sulfate free shampoo infused with 6 feather light oils to help soften, silken, tame, de-frizz, detangle and protect.”
