Hello beauties,
Another month, another lot of beauty faves! I’m trying to be really strict with what I’m including as my faves. I find its very easy to love a product one month and then forget about it the following month. But as promised last month, with all the new products I’m trialling I was going to give it some time before I claimed any as a fave. Well that month has come and I’m please to say there are a lot of newbies included in my monthly faves.
Cover FX Blurring Primer*
You know I’ve always been a fan of the Benefit Porefessional, well the Cover FX Blurring Primer is practically the same. I can’t quite pin point the difference… But basically this primer is great if you have enlarged pores or get oily like myself.
Cover FX Mattifying Spray*
Now I was really hesitant with including this setting spray, mainly because its winter and I haven’t really been able to test if its sweat proof. But in the meantime I’ve really enjoyed using this on days where I need my makeup to last for hours! I have a lot of days where I need my makeup to last all day and into the evening, ie. Priceline Beauty Prescription. And I can honestly say my makeup does not budge and I don’t get oily when using this spray. I can’t wait to put it to the test in summer.
Below is my makeup after a very long day at The Priceline Beauty Prescription. As you can see the Setting Spray has kept my makeup looking perfect! So impressed with this!
Murad Rapid Resurfacing Peels*
If you’re like me and love glycolic acid then you need to try these pads! I feel they are a more potent version of the Alpha H Liquid Gold. I still can’t work out if one is better than the other, but the main point of difference is, these are individually wrapped making it great for travelling and they are so large.
Betts Shoes- Posey
Now for a sneaky non-beauty fave, I have to include my new trainers from Betts! I love the little rose detail on the side and think they are way cuter then the Gucci trainers. Get in quick, they’re hard to get a hold of.

I’m so keen to try the Murad Peels, the Dr Dennis Gross ones are pretty good too.

I’ve tried the Dr Dennis ones but didn’t love them. My skin doesn’t respond as well to salicylic acid.

Nice selection of faves! The mattifying products might be too drying for me but do sound good!
