Apologies for all the Sephora Showcase spam, but I had such a good time that I wanted to share it with you! Its such a great opportunity to meet like minded people and hear about all the exciting beauty launches. Here’s a few things I’m really excited about. Please let me know if there’s anything you would like to be reviewed in detail.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea
The Tarte Rainforest of the Sea range is finally going to be available in Sephora Australia! From my understanding they should hit stores around September. Here’s a few new things from the range that’s worth checking out:
- Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation- Click here for a full review. I’ve had this for quite sometime…
- Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Radiance Drops*
- Tarte Clay Stick Foundation* (not actually part of the Rainforest of the Sea range, but a new Tarte launch)
- Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Highlighting Eyeshadow Palette Vol III*
- Tarte Clay Play Face Shaping Palette* (not actually part of the Rainforest of the Sea range, but a new Tarte launch)
First Aid Beauty Triple Protection Skin Tint*
These are the new foundations from FAB that contain Goji Berry which is a natural antioxidant. They’re available in the four shades pictured below and have a sheer to light coverage. They remind me of MAC Face and Body but with better ingredients.
Murad MattEffect Blotting Perfector*
Now if I’m completely honest, I almost overlooked Murad all together but one of my friends said I had to check out their new releases. And boy am I happy I did! As an oily gal, I know the importance of blotting paper and powder. Well the new Blotting Perfector is every oil gals’ best friend. Its a liquid blotting product that comes in a cushion compact. Sounds very weird, but intriguing. I’m going to give this a proper go before recommending it, but its definitely worth checking out.
These are already available in store, but yet again I’m late on the bandwagon. They are very creamy- that I actually thought it was a cream formula but its actually a powder. I was very impressed with the quality- so watch this space! This palette will be appearing on the gram a lot more x
Huda Beauty Lip Strobe*
Now these are gorgeous! They are a shimmer, opaque lip gloss without being sticky. I love the shade below and can’t wait to create some more looks with it. Sorry for the up my nose look…
The new Nudestix Nudies are available in matte or shimmer. Below Taylor is demonstrating the matte shade Deep Maple, eh! The texture are creamy and blendable, but sets and is water resistant. There’s also a brush on the end so you can buff it out.
Cover FX Mattifying Setting Spray*
I’m finally on the setting spray bandwagon but I’m still a bit skeptical of any new ones of the market. However, I’ve been using the Cover FX for the past couple of days and I can say this bloody works. Now I know its not hot here at the moment, but I’ve had some really long days in heated rooms and my makeup has barely budged. I highly recommend checking this out.
This is a great hair oil to create shine but not repair hair damage. For the body its a hydrating oil that leaves the skin looking glossy. I can’t wait to try this out!
Comment below if there’s anything you want to see a review about. To be honest I’ll probably just review all of them, but if there’s anything you’re dying to see first let me know x
