Product Empties: June

Hello beauties,

I have no idea how I’m getting through all the empties so quickly. But if it makes you feel any better I seem to be slowing down so there probably won’t be an empties post in July… Anyway, moving onto what I’ve been loving and disliking.

Product Empties

Lanolips Multipurpose Super Balm*

I love this! Its my go to for dry lips and a dry nose. When I finished this I thought I had a back up, then I realised I didn’t and had a total freak out on Insta Stories. Yes I’m a weido and you can obviously tell I’m obsessed with this!

Elemis Pro Cleansing Balm

This is an amazing cleansing balm that I was slow to use, mainly because of the expensive price tag. Its an amazing cleansing balm and worth every cent. Click here for a review.

Essense Waterproof Mascara

I bought this for travelling but haven’t used it in a while. Its a good mascara to lengthen your lash but not for volume. For $3 you can’t really complain.

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk

This was a relatively new discovery for me but is now my go to dry shampoo. I love that its so absorbent and doesn’t leave my hair looking dusty.

Aesop Geranium Body Balm

You know my love for this body balm! Its such a luxe purchase but oh so good! Its really hydrating, not sticky and smells divine. I have a back up so no need to repurchase.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara*

I was really disappointed by this mascara. The brush was great but the formula was very liquidy and took forever to dry. Every morning I tend to sneeze and I would then have mascara everywhere.

LÓreal Super Liner Super Star*

This liquid eyeliner is the best I’ve ever tried. It makes it so easy to create a wing! I’ve already repurchased.

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara*

I know so many bloggers loved this mascara but I just gave up. I found it didn’t hold a curl well and it left my lashes looking clumpy.

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Gel Eye Liner*

It had been a while since I had used this and when I went to use it recently it was so hard. To be honest I don’t remember it being very good in the first place, so this is a miss.

Social Eyes Glamorous Shorty Lashes

My go to false eyelashes. These are by far the easiest lashes to apply and these lashes look natural but with a little something extra.

Schwarzkopf Fibre Therapy Bond Restore with OMEGAPLEX*

Sanctuary Spa 2 Day Moisture Shower Oil

I’ve lost count of how many of these I’ve used. This is my go to shower gel. It’s beautifully scented, leaves my skin feeling hydrated and its really affordable.

Frank Body Scrub

I loved these little travel sized pouches! I hope they bring it back. Click here for a full review of my thoughts on Frank Body.

Ultraceuticals Ultra Hydrating Lotion*

While I didn’t love this at first, mainly because I thought it was too light weight its actually really good and hydrating.

Ultraceuticals Ultra Balancing Gel Cleanser*

I love this cleanser! Its smells amazing, really gentle and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Click here for a detailed post about my thoughts on Ultraceuticals.

Sun Bum Lip Balm*

I love this lip balm for summer! Its hydrating and has SPF.

Skinstitut Glycolic Scrub 14%*

Bae and I love this scrub! Sometimes you can’t go wrong with a physical exfoliant! Click here for a full review of the Skinstitut brand.

  1. It’s nice to see I’m not the only one obsessed with Skinstitut haha. My dry, sensitive skin can’t handle the glycolic acid products but I’ve bene loving their Lactic Acid cleanser and Enzymatic Peel. You should try the original formula Maybelline Lash Sensational. It is one of my favourites.

  2. I love the klorane dry shampoo its my favourite too! oh and the glycol scrub is becoming my favourite too. It is so handy as a spot treatment.
