This month I’ve been lucky enough to try a lot of new products, which you’ll be pleased to know are being featured in my monthly faves!
I’ve been using this a lot since first getting it so I can give you a thorough review (review coming next week). I’ve been wearing this foundation on most days, even those stinking hot days we’ve had in Sydney. And let’s just say, I’ve barely looked oily and my makeup hasn’t budged.
I was also gifted the new Kat Von D Setting Powder and I’m in love! It’s so finely milled and I find this powder is great for setting foundation, without being cakey or too mattifying.
I only have a sample size but I’ve been really impressed with this. You really need to get into the roots to add volume, but once you get the right wiggle technique it works a dream. Adds volume, length and heaps of definition without getting clumpy.
I’ve only just started to experiment with under eye masks and I have to say I’m really impressed with these eye masks! The quality is awesome and it only costs $9.99 for a pack of 3. I love that they’re individually wrapped so you don’t have to worry about them drying out. They’re also easy to apply and stick on really well, while still allowing you to move them if you don’t apply correctly the first time. The results are not revolutionary, but then again my under eye area isn’t really a concern. I love that they’re cooling and depuffing, they’re also hydrating without being too heavy on the under eye area. I applied this the morning of my girlfriend’s wedding and we were able to apply makeup straight over it. Also my brother in love really rates these as well. Two big thumbs up!
What have you guys been loving this month?
Also, I would really appreciate if you gave my Facebook page a like, at rachel beauty style. Thank you xx
