I’ve had the lovely pleasure of trying out some of their products and wanted to share my views with you.
Shona-Art Invisible HD Blotting Ping Pong Smooth Powder*
I was blown away by this powder. It has to be the most finely milled pressed powder I’ve ever used. When I apply this powder, I can say its honestly translucent. This powder sets your foundation without being cakey or mattifying your base. The best way to describe it would be that it creates a satin finish, so you have a bit of sheen but not too much. I highly recommend this powder. Below, I’m wearing the powder to set my liquid foundation.
Now these are a unique two toned lipstick, in a rectangle shape, that also contains collagen. While they are rectangle, they’re suprisingly easy enough to apply. Personally I find the two tone to be a bit gimmicky, however it does create a subtle lip liner effect. I prefer to use my finger to blend the two shades together as seen with the below lipsticks.
- Wearing Mirenesse Maxi-Tone Lip Bar in 7 Fate
- Wearing Mirenesse Maxi-Tone Lip Bar in 3 Soul

Forbidden Ink Auto Lip Liner Duet*
They are amazing lip liners. They’re very thin and precise which has it pros and cons. I love that they’re not drying so they don’t tug on the lips and can be used as an all over lip colour. But because its quite a thin lip liner, its quite time consuming and difficult to use as an all over lip liner.
This eye primer reminds me of a concealer. Its like a concealer as its neutralising which is great if you have discolouration on the eyelid. I think this is a good eye primer and does the job.
Organic Secret Weapon 24 Hr Mascara – Black Onyx*
Organic Secret Weapon mascara is formulated with organic coconut and bamboo render longer, thicker and stronger lashes over time. Now I’ve only used this a few times so please take this review with a grain of salt… I really like the brush as its big and grasps every lash, however I’m not impressed with the product itself. It adds length but no volume so my lashes look spidery as seen in the above photos. Maybe overtime this will be better.
I hope you enjoyed this review! As you can see there are some hits and misses from the brand, but overall impressed with the quality of the products. Mirenesse is available from their website or Sephora Australia.

Nice to see someone writing about Mirenesse products Rachel! I’ve been a VIP member for more years than I can remember, and their range is certainly a quality one. I have the same problem with their mascaras though – I need VOLUME by the truckload!
