New Beauty Launches: October 2016

Hello beauties,

There’s seems to be an influx of exciting new launches coming from all angles! Here’s a sneak peak of what’s new on the market or coming soon to a store near you xx

Glasshouse Limited Edition Halloween Candle*

This is my first Halloween candle from Glasshouse! As a big fan of Glasshouse candles, I was quite surprised to realise I’ve never purchase the Halloween candle. The best way to describe this candle is pumpkin pie, think spices and a beautiful fireplace.

Bioderma Sensibio Range*

Bioderma has added to their bestselling Sensibio range, which is targeted at sensitive and intolerant skin that is prone to redness. While I don’t have sensitive skin or suffer from redness, I do love gentle skincare products. Bioderma has added a Cleansing Milk and Toner to their range, in addition to a BB Cream. The Cleansing Milk is beautiful and lightweight which I prefer to use it for a morning cleanse. The toner looks like the Micellar Water and is very gentle on the skin. The BB Cream is too light for me to use, so apologies I can’t comment on it.

Garnier Micellar Water in Oil*

Garnier too has added to their bestselling Micellar Water range, the latest edition containing Argan Oil. As you would have seen on my Insta-Stories, I’ve quite enjoyed using this and dare I say, it could be my new favourite Micellar Water. I find it quite effective at removing my makeup, including eye makeup and I love that it leaves my skin feeling nourished. My tip with the Micellar Water is to make sure you shake it before you apply it to a cotton round, otherwise it is ineffective. Garnier have also released this extension in face wipe form, however I’m yet to trial it out.

Clarisonic Mia Fit

I’ve already talked about the new launch from Clarisonic, their new Clarisonic Mia Fit! Small and portable yet just as effective. Click here for a full review.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Reloaded Mascara*

This new release mascara from Rimmel is meant to create extreme volume and be easy to remove with warm water. Now when I heard easy to remove, that got me excited! In terms of its ability to add volume and length I was disappointed. It has a really large wand and quite a dry formula which made it difficult to apply on the lashes. I’m going to try running the tube under warm water to loosen up the product, hopefully it will apply better. In terms of removing the mascara it was a tad easier than normal mascara. I didn’t remove it with just warm water, and my guess is the mascara wouldn’t be easily removed with warm water alone.

Revlon X Chloe Morello Contour Kit*

The Revlon X Chloe Morello Contour Kit is the first main stream drugstore makeup brand to enter a collaboration with a beauty blogger, how cool is that?! There are two contour kits, light-medium and medium-tan. Each contour kit has a contour shade, a bronze shade, highlighter shade and a banana shade to conceal the under eye area. The contour kits hit Australian stores October 27. Click here for a full review.

Keune BLEND Range*

This is a new range from Keune, which is unisex and allows you to layer multiple products without making your hair greasy or weighed down. I love the fact that its unisex, because let’s be honest Bae always sneaks into my beauty cabinet. Review coming soon x

Hope you liked this quick snap shot of all the exciting launches. If there’s anything you want desperately reviewed, comment below and I’ll review asap xx
