Swatch Fest: Rimmel Kate Moss 15th Anniversary Lipsticks

Hello beauties,

Can you believe that Kate Moss has been an ambassador of Rimmel for 15 years?! Crazy! To celebrate this significant milestone, Rimmel and Kate Moss have launched this limited edition collection of lipsticks*. First off, look at that gorgeous rose gold packaging!

The colour selection is diverse yet still basic; three nudes, two reds and one purple. They’re all a creamy satin finish and apply like a dream. The nudes apply a bit streaky, however not that noticeable. The reds and purple apply completely opaque with just one swipe.

In terms of staying power they last really well with no bleeding. They have a bit of a staining effect and wear off beautifully.

Processed with Snapseed. Each lipstick retails for $13.95 and are available from Priceline, Chemist Warehouse and other selected retailers.

Below are some swatches of each lipstick. My faves are 56 Boho Nude and 52 Idol Red.

  1. I love the packaging of this collection. Too scared to try any yet since I was sure the nudes would be too dark for me, but the two darker nudes actually look okay on you, so I’ll have to try!

  2. I have loved the collabo between Rimmel and Kate – I remember her first range and just thinking YES, THIS IS GREAT! I particularly loved her mattes and just wished there were more shades. Can’t believe it’s been 15 years. Loving Retro Red on you!
