Brand Focus: Manicare

Hello Beauties,

I’m sure you’ve all heard about the brand Manicare, they’ve been around for years, known for their great staples when it comes to beauty. I’ve recently noticed their range has continued to expand now offering false lashes and makeup brushes. To make your lives easier, here are the essentials to get from Manicare with a few added reviews for products I know you’re dying to find out more about x

Manicare Nail Clippers

I’ve had these for years, they do the job perfectly!

Manicare Nail Files/ Emery Boards

These are my go to. Whenever I need a new nail file I always go to Manicare.

Manicare Hydranail*

This is new to me, but OMG it works! I use this as a base coat and have noticed that my nails have grown so long, they’re healthier and stronger.

Manicare Facial Cleansing Brush*

A great alternative to a Clarisonic. The bristles are surprisingly soft, allowing you to get a gentle yet deeper cleanser. Because it’s so soft, it’s really flexible to move around the nose and eye area.

Manicare Beauty Sponge*

Manicare’s alternative to the Beauty Blender. While I was hoping this would be a dupe, its not. It’s a lot harder even when damp making it more difficult to blend makeup it. Its not terrible, it does the job but its not amazing. The shape also makes it difficult to use under the eye.

Manicare Makeup Brushes*

Now there’s quite a large selection so I’ll only share my faves. I’ve been loving the Stippling Brush, really soft and picks up the smallest amount of powders so you don’t get carried away and look cakey. I’ve also been loving the eyeshadow brushes.

Below is my makeup using the Manicare Beauty Sponge and predominately Manicare makeup brushes.

Manicare Eye Lash Curlers- 24k Gold Plated

I’ve had my eyelash curlers for years! They work beautifully at curling my lashes. I highly recommend.

Manicare Travel Tubes and Bottles

These are great little travel size bottles and tubes to allow you to decant your favourite beauty products when travelling. I first bought a set about 4 years ago and still use them. They’re a great size with no leakages.

Manicare is available from Priceline and Chemist Warehouse.

I’ve also just launched a Facebook page @rachelbeautystyle and would really appreciated if you give me a like! Thanks R x
