Hello beauties,
Ever had those days when you’ve slept in and had only 10 minutes to get ready and out the door? Well I’m not really the type to sleep in, however I do have less time to get ready in the morning. Here’s my quick and easy makeup that takes me less than 10 minutes to do, even including time to fix up mistakes!
I’ve fallen back in love with this primer! Great that it’s winter and I don’t have to worry about oily skin as much… This provides a beautiful luminous base and is a great dupe for MAC Strobe Cream.
2. Loreal Visible Lift Blur Foundation- 212 Deep Tan
This foundation doesn’t seem to be available in Australia… But its a great semi matte foundation that blurs imperfection. Its not as matte as I first anticipated as its quite a thick formula. It blends out really well with a damp Beauty Blender.
3. Thin Lizzy Creme Concealer- Pacific Sun*
Obsessed with this concealer for highlighting under my eyes!
4. Coty Air Spun- Translucent
Bronzer is a must for me to add some colour back after I’ve applied foundation. I apply this in a 3 motion, starting at the cheekbones, up the temples then finishing off at the jaw line.
7. The Balm In Stain Blush- Swiss Dot*
This is a beautiful every day matte blush. Its really long lasting so if you have oily skin its worth checking these blushes out. The Balm is available from Target and David Jones.
At first I didn’t love this, but now I see the hype. You can create a subtle highlight or build it up… I apply this to the high points of my cheekbones, just above my blush.
9. Lorac Eyeshdaow- Black
Any black eyeshadow will do, just make sure its pigmented. This is the easiest eye makeup to do, adds definition and makes you look pulled together. Using an angled brush I line the top lash line with the black eyeshadow. You can create a straight line across, a wedge or a slight flick. Black eyeshadow is pretty forgiving if you make a mistake and its a lot easier to control then gel or liquid liner. If you make any mistakes using a cotton tip with some micellar water to tidy it up.
10. Rimmel Scandaleyes Xxtreme Mascara
11. Lipstick
Two lip options. Simple nude lip balm using Lanolips Tinted Balm in Perfect Nude*. Or if you feel like a bright colour for winter you can’t go wrong with Rimmel Kate Moss 107. With 107 its more purpley in real life, don’t know why its coming off quite red in the photo…
