Makeup of the Day: Classic Winged Eyeliner

Hello beauties,

I recently wore this makeup to a wedding and then realises I wore practically the same dress and same makeup! I guess it means I love the combo! So here’s how I created this classic winged eyeliner look, that’s also long lasting.

1. Benefit Porefessional

2. Innoxa Renew Age Erase Serum Foundation (Toffee) and Loreal True Match (N7)

My favourite long lasting foundation combo. Click here for a review of the Innoxa foundation and here for a review of the Loreal foundation.

3. MAC Select Cover Up Concealer- NC35

I just applied a bit of this under my eyes using a damp beauty blender.

4. Tarte Amazonian Clay Airbrush Foundation (Sand Tan)

When I’m after full coverage and long lasting makeup I use this powder foundation to set my liquid foundation. Click here for a full review.

 5. Benefit Brow Zing- Dark

 6. Urban Decay Primer Potion

7. Makeup Geek Eyeshadow- Peaches and Cream

I applied a light wash of this all over the lids.

8. Makeup Geek Eyeshadow- Crème Brule

I applied a bit of this darker matte brown shadow into the crease for some added definition.

9.Loreal Super Liner Gel Eyeliner

I use the sticky tape method to create a flawless wing every time. Click here to find out how to use the sticky tape method.

10. Essence Mascara- Lash Mania

11. The Balm Betty Lou Manizer

12. Cargo Blush- Miami Beach

13. Becca Highlighter- Opal

Finally got my hands on a Becca highlighter and get what all the fuss is about. Super pigmented! However I think you can achieve the same look with The Balm May Lou Manizer.

14. Jeffree Star Velour Lipstick- Celebrity Skin

You can do any lipstick with this look as its super neutral. I went nude as my dress was red. But below is the look with a red lipstick (Jeffree Star Redrum).
