Essentials Collection: Drugstore Skincare

Hello beauties,

In continuation of my Essentials Collection, today I talk to you about my drugstore skincare favourites. Last week I talked about my High End Skincare faves, so make sure to check it out here.

Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover

I find this works the best and requires the least amount of effort. I always make sure to stock up on a few bottles when Priceline has a sale.

Simple Spotless Skin Quick Fix Face Wipes

I know face wipes are naughty but I don’t like Micellar Waters, I find they take forever. I don’t use face wipes every night and even when I did I always cleansed straight after so I don’t see the harm… Anyway these wipes are the best at removing most of your makeup including any leftover eye makeup. I can’t really comment on their blemish prevention claims but I prefer them over the original as I find these less abrasive.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub

My boyfriend and I use this as our daily face cleanser and we love it! I’ve lost count of how many tubes we’ve gone through. This cleanser is great to remove all grime and makeup but isn’t stripping on the skin. The scrub beads are gentle and don’t cause any issues. I can’t recommend this enough!

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel

Neutrogena is relatively new to me but as you can see I seem to love them! Now this product is amazing! I’ve raved about it here so I won’t repeat myself, make sure to check out the review.

Trilogy Rosehip Oil

My first forey into face oils, Trilogy Rosehip Oil. I use the pure rosehip oil and found that when I first started using it, all my existing blemishes healed a lot quicker and my scarring faded so much faster. I definitely recommend if you’re interested in trying out face oils but don’t want to spend the big bucks.

Also make sure to check out Fabulous and Fun Life’s blog, where each Monday beauty bloggers are invited to share one of their recent beauty posts.
