Essentials Collection: High End Skincare

Hello beauties,

Over the next couple of months I’ll be starting my new series, The Essentials Collection. Today I’ll be sharing my essential high end skincare products and next week I’ll talk drugstore skincare. Comment below with what essentials you want to see next time?

Alpha H Liquid Gold

My hero product! Whenever my skin is feeling spotty, dull or uneven I go to my liquid gold and the following day wake up with beautiful fresh skin. Click here for a full review.

Pai Skincare Rosehip BioRegenerate Fruit & Seed Oil Blend

A relatively new product for me but I’ve noticed results quite soon and wanted to share my thoughts with you all. This is a rosehip oil blended with some other special fruits and seeds. I don’t know what it is about the combo but this makes my skin feel hydrated and have also seen a reduction in my acne scarring.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

Not sure if this is considered high end but when you think how much you’re paying for this small bottle it ain’t cheap. But on that note, this little bottle lasts me about a year. This is my go to product if I have any pesky spots. It’s not the most glamourous product but you’ll see great results. The following day I notice that any spots I use this lotion on will have reduced in size and look less inflamed.

Aesop Geranium Body Balm

This is such a luxury item for me. It’s so ridiculously overpriced but I love the way it smells and feels on my skin. You don’t need this in your life, but I still wanted to share it with you 🙂

Foreo Luna

I own both the Clarisonic and the Foreo and I have to say the Foreo is my new fave! I’ve done a review here with some comparisons to the Clarisonic. But ultimately I find that the Foreo is less abrasive and my skin has been loving me for switching it up.

Make sure to comment below with what essentials you want to see next time on the blog xx

    1. I purchased mine for 40% off when Bella Box was having a sale. I think full price its about $250 but on the plus side you never have to buy new brush heads. I’ve done a full review of the Foreo on the blog, just type it in the search bar and it should come up xx

  1. I’ve been considering the Foreo for quote some time now – I like the results of the Clarisonic but at the same feel like after a week of using a new brush it’s just a source of bacteria (I do wash it after every use) and it kind of grosses me out 🙂
Foreo may be a lot easier to maintain (and cheaper since there’s no need to replace anything…).

    1. I have both and have made some comparisons in my Foreo review (type in the search bar Foreo to check out my review). Personally I love my Foreo better. I feel its a lot gentler on the skin, easier to keep clean and you don’t have to replace the brush head so its more cost effective xx
