If you’ve been around with me for a while you’ll also know my love of glycolic acid, so I was super keen to try this cleanser out. Glycolic acid is great for acne prone and oily skin types. Overall Thoughts:
- Gel/ liquid texture
- Quite a chemical, kinda lemony scent
- Works well with the Foreo Luna, Clarisonic and with your good old fashioned hands
When I used the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Cleanser morning and night while away on holidays I actually found this a little drying which was surprising since my skin is oily and I was in a hot climate… However I’ve been using this regularly in my evening skincare routine and haven’t had the same result, so I think you just need to be careful not to over use this. I find that my skin does look clear and I haven’t had many spots, but I’m not sure it’s soley due to this cleanser. I think this cleanser would be better suited to super oily skin types. Ultimately I won’t be repurchasing as I really dislike the texture and smell, but that’s a personal preference.
