Hello world, welcome to my crazy life of all things beauty and lifestyle. Some of you may have followed me over from my previous blog @ebonyandivoryaustralia so I better explain all the changes.
Steph and I decided to go solo to pursue our own passions. For me, my passion will always be beauty but I want to also explore fashion, travel and lifestyle in the future. To start off the blog will be predominately beauty, but when the time is right I’ll widen the blog scope. If there’s anything you want me to review or talk about just shoot me an email or leave me a comment on Instagram @rachelbeautystyle (don’t forget to follow!)
About Me:
Hi my name is Rachel and I’m a makeup addict, however I like to think I’ve controlled my habit since I went from being a Mecca Beauty Loop Level 2 customer to a nothing 😦
While I love blogging, it’s not my full time job and to pay the bills I’m in HR which I love. On the weekends you’d typically see me doing a coastal walk with my gal pals, brekkie with lé boyfriend or spending time with my parents and 2 dogs.
The best beauty tip I’ve picked up…
Rose Hip Oil is the best thing to rehydrate the skin, reduce pigmentation and the signs of ageing. Make sure to only use 1 to 3 drops otherwise it’s too much. My favourite continues to be Trilogy’s Rose Hip Oil.
My five ‘Can’t-Live-Without’ makeup essentials…
Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation, Benefit Brow Zing, NARS Bronzer in Casino, Maybelline the Falsies Mascara and Milani Baked Blush in Berry Amore.
My secret to keeping skin flawless…
Alpha H Liquid Gold has helped keep the spots at bay and improve the overall texture of my skin. Full review coming.
My current ‘style’ girl crush!
Jess Mauboy! Loving her hair (I’ve attempted to copy her look), her fashion sense and makeup. AMAZING!
I can’t wait to continue my blogging journey with you all. Thank you for supporting me in the past and welcome to all my new followers! R x

Hi Katelynn, Rosehip Oil is a great place to start. Its not too expensive yet has great results. Please make sure not to add more than 3 drops with your moisturiser. R x
